Ode alla luna

Ode alla luna  celebrates the 50th anniversary of human moon landing. The art work is a poem, whose verses are marked by darkness and light, which tells of the dream of flying in a starry sky, always innate into the human nature. Indeed, Armstrong argued that the most important thing of the Apollo mission was to show that humanity is not forever chained to a single planet, our visions can overcome that border and our opportunities are unlimited. The man takes a run- up and takes off, retracing, in a fast lightning sequence, the evolutionary path which led him to put the first foot on the moon. Once the dream came true and touched that soil, he gets the awareness of having faced a great challenge even if it doesn’t change his individual smallness compared to the magnificence of the universe.
